The conference fee includes three social events:
Ice Breaker at Grand Reception Rooms September 3.
Conference Reception in Håkonshallen September 4.
Conference Dinner September 5. Location is to be announced.

Cancellation and refunds
Congress fee:
Cancellation received before July 15: Full refund, less a cancellation fee of NOK 350
Cancellation received after July 15: No refund
Accommodation:
Cancellation received before June 1: Full refund, less a cencellation fee of NOK 350
Cancellation received between June 1 and August 20: Full refund, less the cost of one night
Cancellation received after August 20: No refund
