Passport and Visa
A valid passport is required for entry into Norway. Although Norway classifies many countries as Visa-exempt, it is suggested that participants contact their local Norwegian Embassy or Consulate for current information at least six weeks prior to departure.

Letters of invitation
Participants that require letters of invitation should contact the Conference Secretariat with details of their travel to Norway. A letter of invitation intends to assist travellers attending the conference and is not an official invitation covering fees or other expenses.
