Travel to Bergen
By air
Major airlines service Bergen Airport Flesland, located 20 kilometer (12 miles) south of the city of Bergen.
- Airport bus (Flybuss): A very convenient and affordable way to go downtown, takes about 25 minutes, and stops at several places in town (see flybussen.no).
- Taxis: Available outside the arrivals hall.
- Car rental: Avis, Budget, Europcar, InterRent, National and Hertz.
By train, ferry or bus
Bergen can be reached by ferry (www.fjordline.com/), train (www.nsb.no) and bus (www.nor-way.no/nbeweb/index.jsp) from many European cities.
